MBSR 8-Week Course  |  Monday Evenings: 6:00-8:30pm (EST)

October 4th - November 22nd, 2021

  • Orientation Session (required*): September 27th, 6:00pm - 7:30pm (EST)
  • Weekly Classes: 2.5 hours each (NOTE: the last class is 3 hours in duration)
  • All-Day Session:  Saturday, November 6th  |  8:30am - 4:00pm (EST)
  • Zoom Link will be provided upon registration
  • All course materials will be provided
