MBSR 8-Week Course  |  Tuesday Evenings: 6:00pm-8:30pm

March 30 - May 18, 2021

  • Orientation Session (required): March 23rd, 6:00pm - 7:30pm PST*
  • Weekly Classes: 2.5 hours each (NOTE: the last class is 3 hours in duration)
  • All-Day Session:  Saturday, May 1st  |  8:30am - 4:30pm PST
  • Zoom Link will be provided upon registration
  • All course materials will be provided
